Android Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work on Native Android applications within our product development team. You will be working with cutting edge product development using Android SDK, Java, Web Services, Java Script, etc. to deliver highly scalable solutions. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, providing a challenging and diverse experience. You will need to meet the following requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Designing, Coding, and Debugging native Android applications.
  • Write front-end UI and back-end API components.
  • Follow the coding guideline standards and ensure to write bug free code to meet industry standards.
  • Unit testing of code before sending it for review.
  • Participate in the complete agile software delivery cycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting etc.
  • Participate in process improvement program to improve the overall quality of the delivery process.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • • 3-5 years of experience in Android development using Android SDK, Android Studio, Java, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • • BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc degree required
  • • Good knowledge of SQLite, JavaScript/jQuery, SVN, GIT
  • • Understanding of Design Patterns MVVM, MVP, MVC preferred
  • • Good communication in written and spoken English
  • • Team player with positive attitude
  • • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology using JIRA or any agile tool
